Well, this position will provide administrative support to our Senior Vice President Development by preparing documents and reports, maintaining records and coordinating meetings, plus any other assigned work. You will also work with our volunteers who help with events throughout the year, so we are looking for a great multi-tasker who can do it all with a great attitude and who likes to work in a busy environment.

Oversee and maintain the SouthWest (SW) Development region-wide communication
Design and update PowerPoint presentations as needed
Oversee the logistics and management of region-wide trainings and broadcasts for the
SW Office of Development
Coordinate Outlook for complex interview/meetings for the SW Development Team
Directly manage SVP of Development calendar.
Work alongside the Director of Internal Communication to assist with Around the SW
Development content and other development content where necessary
Act as the liaison between market Executive Assistants and the SW Development team.
Coordinate and monitor project timelines while effectively communicating project
needs and related information in the region as required
Assist with logistics for region-wide events
Utilize vendor and/or AHA systems efficiently and competently to complete duties/projects.
Monthly Pcard/expense submissions for the SW Development team.
Coordinate vendor meetings
Coordinate external meetings with volunteers, ELT Members, board members, etc.
Retrieves and Analyzes Business Ops Reports as needed
Monthly, Quarterly, & Yearly budget tracking, editing, and submission
Schedules & manages trainings and region wide calls on behalf of consulting team
Prepares materials for Gap Meetings & Strategy Meetings as needed
Provides technology support for region-wide meetings and trainings (TEAM Awards, Around the SW in 60 minutes, etc)
Takes detailed notes for meetings as requested
Triages interested volunteers to correct staff connector.

High school diploma or GED equivalent College graduate preferred.
2+ year related experience
Ability to lift 20lbs from ground to waist level with or without reasonable accommodation.
Intermediate knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office used for word processing, email, presentations and spreadsheets. Advanced knowledge and skill with these programs is These skills are subject to testing.
Must be at least 18 years
Ability to work evenings/weekends and travel when
Ability to work in a team environment and interact with all levels of AHA staff, volunteers and
Ability to maintain a current driver’s license, drive a car and provide reliable
