We have an excellent opportunity for a Development Coordinator, Heart Walk based in our Eagan office.


The Coordinator will provide administrative support to a team of four who handle fundraising and volunteer recruitment and management for our Twin Cities Heart Walk. The Coordinator will also have fundraising responsibilities with small corporate accounts.

  • Coordinate event logistics for the Heart Walk.

  • Handle financial tasks, including paying invoices, tracking expenses, and processing donations.

  • Handle report generation and record keeping, including the collection of data.

  • Recruit small companies to have Heart Walk teams and motivate them to achieve the fundraising goal.

  • Assist the Heart Walk team with coaching and guiding participants on fundraising techniques, campaigns, and achieving levels of recognition.

  • Support the Heart Walk team with day-to-day customer relationship management.


  • 2+ years of related administrative experience .

  • Must have earned a high school diploma or GED. College degree a plus.

  • Must have at least intermediate knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office 2010 or higher used for word processing, email, presentations, and spreadsheets. Advanced knowledge and skill with these programs is preferred. These skills are subject to testing.

  • Experience and skill in using a database management system.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks/projects.

  • Skill and ability in providing customer service at an excellent level to internal and external customers and partners.

  • Experience in fundraising is beneficial.
