The National Executive Lead, Go Red For Women is at the helm of one of our most important signature campaigns for the organization and is responsible for the success, growth and evolution of this legacy campaign and movement.
This leader will direct our efforts nationally through campaign management and oversight, the creation and execution of the sales strategy, product and campaign development, training and consulting. In addition, the N ational Executive Lead will work directly with regional and market leadership and inspire staff and volunteers across the country to ensure the Go Red For Women campaign continues to make a direct impact on our mission through our work in addressing women’s health.

Responsibilities
Develop the playbook for success to grow our Go Red For Women campaigns with a focus on building relationships with C-Suite leadership, community leaders, and major funders
Create the best-in-class donor and volunteer experience for the future
Ensure consistent execution of strategies to reduce variance of performance across markets and regions
Lead national campaign strategy webinars, top market calls, and focus group
Provide excellent campaign analysis that uses lead indicators and data to drive performance
Monitor and analyze external and internal trends and data to develop benchmarks, standard methodologies, priorities and focus areas
Product and campaign development
Work with internal and external partners to develop strategies to significantly increase the Association’s revenue and impact
Work directly with events of momentum to provide direct consultation
Provide formal feedback to National AEVP and regional senior leadership on opportunities and challenges
Drives adoption of innovation and new revenue strategies
Develop overarching communication and marketing plan for assigned corporate program and social channels.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher
9 years’ experience in a similar role or in a role leading a multi- million-dollar campaign with year over year growth
5 years of experience coaching and influencing leadership to achieve goals and meet organizational objectives
Proven record of success in corporate sponsorship and fundraising
Proven record of success in major gift development
Proven record of success in leading cross-functional teams
Proven record of success in leading c-suite level volunteers
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
Sales Marketing background a plus
Skilled in planning projects and working against deadlines to provide end product
Skilled in campaign oversight and reporting
Ability to travel overnight up to 30-40%

Work-Life Harmonization – The Association offers Paid Time Off (PTO) at a minimum of 16 days per year for new employees. The number of days will increase based on seniority level. You will also have a total of 12 paid holidays off each year, which includes several days off at the end of the year.
