Responsibilities
The American Heart Association (AHA) has an excellent opportunity for a Digital Content Producer in our National Center office located in Dallas, Texas
This position requires a hybrid schedule (working in-office and at home), as well as travel to events requiring full vaccination.
This position is responsible for managing production of creative content including video assets, audio assets and live production properties. Responsible for executing concepts from development through launch and production. Responsible for modifying content and platform to meet consumer needs. Also responsible for story development, production schedules, talent/speaker preparation and post-production delivery.
Essential Job Duties:
Produces live and pre-recorded original programming broadcast content properties with responsibility for setting up and managing pre- and post-production activities.
Collaborate with internal clients to provide project planning and development with interviews, storyline and content for video, audio, podcast(s) and live production. Oversee editing and delivery of final product.
Provide production expertise across the organization at both the national and field level. Partner with cross-functional and marketing teams to concept new video or podcast content.
Produce and facilitate audio and video shoots. Plan and prepare storyboarding and facilitate on-location production, logistics and crew management.
Develop and manage project and production schedule to meet milestones and deadlines.
Complete related administrative components including processing invoices, expenses, contracts, etc.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Journalism, Communications: Radio, Television and Film, Business, Marketing
Experience as a producer for taped and live video and audio assets
Experience in post-production editing on podcasts and audio assets
Ability to interact and direct senior leaders with a high degree of professionalism
Ability to interact with and provide direction to influencers, celebrities and thought leaders
Comprehensive knowledge of digital video and audio creation and integration with digital properties
Comprehensive skills in live production planning and execution
Preferred Qualifications
- Digital content and marketing experience
