The American Heart Association (AHA) has an excellent opportunity available for a Data Quality Coordinator for our National Center Office , located in Dallas, TX .
In this role, you will be responsible for performing data quality management to accurately modify, monitor, and generate customer records and data in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems within established timeframes, using entry guidelines, and meeting entry benchmarks.
Essential Job Duties:
Identify inconsistent data definitions, missing data, and duplications in the various databases from reports or dashboard reviews. Work with appropriate team member to identify issues and recommend correction processes to prevent future inconsistencies and missing/duplicate data.
Regularly review donor records. Report incorrectly categorized donations to the appropriate region and national contacts. Identify and follow correction procedures.
Merge duplicate data streams. Contact and correct with appropriate department, team or internal record keeping.
Audit listings of donor accounts and contacts. Work with staff to identify needed changes to contact data, donor records, AHA volunteer assignments, etc. Input all changes as needed.
What to help get your resume to the top? Take a look at the experience we require:
A high School diploma or equivalent
Two (2) years of experience in data quality or auditing
Two (2) years of experience with comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, record keeping and data entry processes
Strong customer service, data management, and communication skills
The ability to pay close attention to detail.
- One (1) year of experience with Customer Relationship Management or similar customer database applications
