The Accounts Payable Associate manages vendor set-up, with an emphasis on securing diverse suppliers and vendors, and centralized billing ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices related to monthly office operations.

Responsibilities
Duties to include payment processing for monthly office rents, storage lockers, office equipment, utilities, parking, UPS, central Amazon and Office Max accounts, office move and closure services, temporary services, service awards etc.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum of two (2) years exposure and experience in an Accounts Payable department specifically related to vendor master
Must be meticulous with strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial skills
Must have a passion for excellent customer service and dedication to outstanding quality
Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency in PC applications including Windows, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Automated Financial Systems
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills required, with all levels of staff, externally and internally
Must be capable of working independently, with strong organizational skills, and able to handle changing priorities
